Why can't I click on this map?

That white map button in the middle, for the Sun Temple, should be glowing blue and clickable, but it isn't and I can't. I can hover over it and it looks normal, but I can't interact with it. Any idea what's going on?

some maps are inaccessible due to bugs in their procedural generation, but i've found often enough that map is connected to one of the maps nearby that does not have a line to it. A visual bug.

why would you want to do a sun temple anyway?
