Got a very lucky drop, now I just want some advise on what to do to upgrade my build

So I finally got the Last Flame and whilst I am waiting on it to sell I have thinking about what to upgrade for my build. Currently I am just playing CoC Comet Oracle, I kind of want to transition to a Temporalis build but that is just way to expensive even with the last flame. I have been thinking about buying a dueling wand with a Rathpith focus and using pretty much all of my budget on that. The thing is idk if that is the best place to spend my currency or not or if I should be focusing on other equipment.

I have just been following some mobalytics guide for general gear and skill gems but any advise would be greatly appreciated
