How to end-game craft

Hey guys

I started to play POE2 during abyss league and I did a really good work crafting.
Now I came late to this league and I cant figure it out how to craft a crossbow with so high phys damage.
I checked around of course but the info is mainly on wands/talismans/bows.
Could someone please guide me in how to craft something like this? Not "perfect" as this one but something like it.
I crafted mine using essences and Im still using that but its mid-tier crossbow (maxx 600 dps)
I have 400 div to my name and 60/200 annuls/chaos.

Fracture T1 phys % Chaos spam T1 flat. Perfect essence to add onslaught and 5+ attack skills in combo with ritual essence that makes perf only remove suffix. Then either add a Gain as extra essence as last prefix and desecrated whatever suffix you want or desa t1 hybrid phys and then yolo last suffix.

These steps are the cheapest best outcomes ypu could have without using the expensive ritual omens.

So buy up like 6 bases with t1Phy% div it to 179% and try till you hit Fracture.

I'm actually confused, how can this crossbow have 24% AS? Anyhow I don't think you can get a similar result (similar affixes or lower tiers) with a 400 div budget.
