Computer help

Can anyone help me, game was running fine for a week, overnight was super laggy even on the lowest settings, I dig deeper and see that Gpu active time is constantly crashing to 0% and my HDD (which poe is installed on) is constantly on 100% active time. I have no other drives at the moment and don’t have enough space for poe on my ssd. Narrowed it down to the disk being at 100% but have no idea how to fix it without buying a new ssd. I have 16gb ram RTX 3060 and a ryzen 7 5800. I know I should be running the game on a ssd but it was running completely fine for a week, I tried resetting all caches nvidia and poe I’ve reinstalled the game but nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help or advice
