I am such a crafting noob, so bear with me. how do i add movement speed to this, considering this was all just divs, perfect exalts and annulment orbs :D

Desecrate a prefix on there and toss her in. 35% isn’t unheard of for the well. Just omen of light it off if you get a bad roll and try again.

If you haven't crafted on it yet, essence of hysteria gives 30% MS if you want to settle. Desecrating prefix with abyssal echoes (let's you reroll options) gives you a nice chance at 35% as well

Sell them then buy a magic set with 30. Movement to start with
