Map Boss skill points. Atlas Tree!

Is there a way to know what you completed already that contributed towards the points? I am currently stuck at 6/10 but I killed Arbiter already. What am I missing to get the last 4 points? I looked up on YouTube and tried what they said to get it but it seems that nothing works.

There's a checklist tooltip and like 5 objectives. Most likely you didn't do the lvl79+ 6mods citadel and anomaly (the red boss icon) ones
