Minions seem bugged

been playing wasp witch minion build for a few weeks now, level 98. for some reason I log in today and my minions keep despawning and then reappear again, my character seems to be spinning as I'm moving trying to lock targets and overall my minions are flying ahead of me which is annoying because I'm fighting to stay in the presence area. I've looked at todays patch notes with nothing mentioned and I've looked at the targeting thing in the skills binding screen. I'm at a compleate loss, any help would be fantastic
