found this magic weapon with +2 all level at lvl 4. then turned it to a rare weapon and it rolled 60% spell damage. just thought it was cool low level loot. I used some kind of alch item I think to add a modifier to rare and got the bonus 30% damage. that was before I went to bed.

Someone will absolutely give you good currency for that item when you no longer need it, look it up in the trade market so somone doesn't scam you for something way less. Enjoy the item, sell it if you find something better. It has value for people who play low level builds
