My character uses shapeshift with Lord of The Wilds (Talisman + Sceptre). I can only have 1 spirit gem active at a time. I have enough spirit to activate anothe gem. Am I missing something here?

Using spirit of the wild, the spirit cost of the gems are doubled, that's why you need spirit on the scepter (probably something like 150). So if the gem says "30 spirit", its going to cost 60. How much spirit do you have ?
