Im playing SSF warrior and wanna respec to giants blood and block chance for sustain but i need svalinn to make my build work the best, farming expedition all the time rn and I keep getting Keeper Of The Arc
On trade site svalinn lowest item lvl listed starts with 80 with 1600 entries so I would assume it only starts dropping in T2.
In addition there is a svalinn from reliquary with a 65 ilvl.
All boss uniques can drop from any tier. What's changed since 0.2 is that instead of certain items only dropping at higher tiers, all uniques are in the pool, but the weighting gets more favorable to the rarer uniques as you ascend the tiers.
Just a man and his crossbow. Mercenary is duelist persona tuned up to 11 and I love it.
If only there were any clues. Could be anyone!
