Isn't Instant Leech supposed to ignore the Desecrated Ground debuff?

If you read that debuf, it says that you cannot recover life. At all.
Only solution is to move to get out of the zone.
Yes it's really unfair and I hope they'll remove it in the future.

GGG REALLY needs to make a checklist about those "great ideas" they have, for example:

[ ] will this mechanic be ungodly unbalanced for close range builds?
[ ] do players have a solution to counter that mechanic?
[ ] can players avoid the mechanic if they want to?
