What is this symbol that appears when I inflict multiple element damage as a sorceress on and enemy and how do I see the info for this on xbox? When I inspect from the pause menu it doesn't let me highlight the enemy debuff symbols like my own.
Correct me if i’m wrong, but I believe its elemental weakness or resistance penetration.
I wish they would highlight with an explanation like the buffs/debuffs that affect you. Hopefully GGG adds that feature before release.

It's damn-near impossible to see what these debuffs are on PC with mouse and keyboard, I wouldn't be surprised if it was literally impossible on consoles/controller.
Here is a list of all (most?) buff and debuffs with their icons. This will probably be one of the better resources until there's something in-game, and I'm not even sure how they could implement something like that, so I wouldn't keep my fingers crossed.
That one in particular looks like -30% elemental resistance for you. Were you running a map with the elemental resistance circle that shows up and if you stand in it you receive the penalty? I could be wrong but that’s what that one looks like to me. Sorry no help on the Xbox question. I’m on pc.
that's exposure. that means u have lowered enemies res to -30%.
