Corrupt or not corrupt?

Do people usually risk it and corrupt this item before using/selling or should I sell it without corrupting??

People usually use the currency to hit up to 30% quality and almost never manually corrupt this unless they hit 30% uncorrupted.

A Vaal Orb is almost never used here.
