Does increased mana recovery from flask affect Lavianga's spirit?

Hello,

I am doing the goddess of justice quest right now in act 4 abandoned prison and I can choose between 30% increased mana recovery from flasks or from life. Does someone know if the 30% increased mana recovery from flasks also affect the Lavianga's spirit flask? Does it increase the mana recovery rate of this unique flask?

If you equip waistgate you can equip laviangas spirit in ur life flask slot and have another normal mana flask as well, then re-equip your normal belt and still get the benefits, only if you don’t need a life flask tho
