Map farming with consistent profit

I had been playing abyss farming but since the nerf this became too much inconsistent as you have to get a chance to get the amanamu on the map and the drop on the omen of light is too low (tho the price jumped up to 70+ divs, abyss echoes is meh now).

Im trying to look for a consistent map farming (no temple) strats. Im sure the expedition is really consistent but also want to know what else everyone is doing? Thanks!

I think the best mapping strategy is to hunt for immured fury and citadels sincerely.. i usually run a simple and fast setup that makes maps fast and just scout for next corruption/citadel.. i usually was putting like 1 expedition tablet and then breach tablets, but honestly i find that the more time i spend in a map the less i get overall, expedition slows down a lot, and breaches while being simple and 'fast' are still slowing you down a bunch while waiting for the breach to open up and slowly walking.. but at the end what matter more is having fun , so just run your preferred tablets while trying to keep it fast :) fracturing orbs and citadels are the best money making in maps..

To maximise profits I change my farming strat according to whatever tablets I have available, and according to whichever of those tablets roll the better affixes without spamming too many chaos. Every time I swap I also respec my atlas tree accordingly, since gold is very abundant this league. I also don't buy any splinter but simply run whatever splinter I can get 150 of. While doing so, I always head in the direction of corruption to be able to farm cleansed areas for fracturing orbs. You can also prioritize one farm over another according to each map layout, for example I prefer to run ritual, breach and abyss on open layouts and expeditions on narrow layouts.

When this gets boring, you can throw a few Sekhemas or Chaos trials into the mix, they are very profitable if you can stomach them.

The trial of chaos fates are currently 24 div a piece. You can run a trial in about 15 minutes. So of you can handle trials without dying even with poor mods it is almost 100 div / hour. Unfortunately, nothing else drops and it is boring. But hey...

Probably thing which temple can't farm

Catalysts
Expedition Boss Shards via Logbooks

I personally do not recommend ritual as setup is expensive, requires good maps to run with bosses and is very rng prone.

Breach.

You can either focus on farming breach splinters (up to 200 per map in my experience), which I personally find boring, or you can focus on catalysts or a combination of both.

I don't know what's the optimal strat for farming catalysts but I focus on buffing rares (+rare monsters, effectiveness, extra modifiers, delirium, etc) and make about 5-7d per map on average. I just did a map where I dropped 14 neural catalysts (about 18d); though this is rare, it's not uncommon to drop 2-3 neural/sibilant/reaver catalysts per breach opened.

Also, running the splinters is extra profit, especially if you're willing to reforge the low value catalysts.

Edit: Do note that catalysts are steadily dropping in price. I don't think this is because people are switching to farming breach, as I have some pretty insane breach tablets for sale (in some cases being the only seller for that specific combo) and they're going pretty slowly, but at the end of the day this farm is still losing value.
