question 1: i could lock the generator but i also HAVE to place a room in order to run the tmeple, right? so wouldnt i be forced to loop then? so wouldnt it be better to not lock it?
question 2: there are thaumaturges and golem works that i can't upgrade again. did i do something wrong or is it normal to have some rooms stay at level 2?
You dont have to place a room if you hit ctrl and click "Run Temple"

Im baffled that you succeed your temple without knowing the crtl thing lol I’m still blocked after 180 crystals spent in my top left corner waiting for a spymaster which never show up Gg man enjoy the loot now
You can’t get all of your rooms to max level. The upgrade medallion can only be used once so your golem and thaumaturge will stay level 2. I usually only lock the generator when I’ll have at least 3 locks going into the next round.
