Man 2nd part of this fight is so A$$ , it’s annoying honestly lol..

but also, its really not that hard , Viper is way harder. There is some Vaal stuff in the interludes (after act 4) , but they are chill

Fights not the easiest but it is definitely not in any capacity the worse.

My recommendation is just making sure you've maxed out your resistances at this point in the game and you should be fine, move with his attacks, and lure his slam to one side of the stage.

Typically around this part of the game I personally am making sure I can oneshot everything in the zone leading up to him, which you can use to determine how fast you'll nuke him down. Realistically in POE you want to make boss fights last no longer than 30 to 50 seconds in-between phases, otherwise your scaling is off and you should optimize.

Honestly, this is one of the most balanced boss fight they have designed in this game. Every death I have had from this guy was me misplaying.

I actually hate the first phase more

Well, that is only the case if your build is not good enough at this stage.

If you are having a hard time with a specific move its probably the but lasers… I have 2 tips for you once he starts putting his machine together run around to detonate all 6 lightning things so you wont have to deal with it during the fight, and 2nd to avoid the butt lasers that nuke and near impossible to avoid stand on the side opposite to his his claw, stand on the side of his flame thrower, and most of all never stand behind, he always spin in the same direction which is clock wise, when he starts spinning you also go around clock wise until he is done, and another 1 shot mechanic that can be bothersome in second phase of his second phase is when his flying machine that shoots lasers occasionally that hit hard, basically never stop moving and never step where you were before because you might get shot by it as its a delayed attack, i kind of do a square patter of dodge roll : : those 4 dots and where i go and once you have that down generally everything is easier, if phase 1 is what you struggle with listen to his voice lines “it ends now” & “power of the vaal” is the cue that he will shoot the short range beam that also one shots, all the other moves should be easy enough and aren’t usually so deadly

The only fight in the game that I feel like takes way to long is the act 2 final boss.

The fact that you feel the need to censor ass lets me think you have other more important issues to solve.

Act 4 bosses on average are easier except the final boss.
