Rend or Oil Barrage?
I have an oracle already leveled up, and at least 4k divs to spend. Which have you found to be the better/smoother wyvern build?

Rend for clearing. Oil breath for bossing.
Though now I've moved to fire breath with CoCEA. You can crank up FB into the million DPS mark
4k is more than enough. The biggest downside of oil barrage is the aiming. If u miss, u’r fucked. However I was able to use fork+ chain+ salvo in oil barrage and voila, problem solved. You can use that to clear as well (together with rend ofc).
Both. Rend for clear, Oil Barrage for bossing. But 4k probably won’t be enough to make it really shine unless you already have some decent gear laying around.
I really enjoyed running both with the chest piece that gives a 25% to get a power charge on crit. Rend powered up imo with a ton of attack speed is really fun. My build however was really fragile on t15's.
I played both and I prefer rend im running my own version of medieval Marty’s ice dragon build it’s pretty good
I think that oil barrage is better but neither one is very good. The attack speed of wyvern is just too slow. The best druid builds use all three forms. While in the beginning of the league wolf form wasn't very good, with the buffs they gave throughout it's now the best for basic attacks.
I heard oil barrage is pretty strong
Your opinion and all opinions are valid. What is your take on the defacto must play build for this league? (And why, of course) Could be damage output, mechanic interactions, ease of play, fun - you name it.
Chance to evade = ( 1 - ( attack_accuracy * 1.25 ) / (attack accuracy + defender evasion rating * 0.3 ) * 100 Chance to deflect = (1 - ( attack_accuracy * 0.9 ) / ( attack accuracy + defender deflect rating * 0.2 ) * 100 Unless there is a hard cap on blind effect, even reaching +300% blind effect (80% reduced enemy accuracy) gives 5x MORE evasion/deflection multiplier (against blinded targets ofcourse). Can't test this personally since even a terrible ~10% jewel effect Adorned costs 100+ divines (can't understand why though).
0:50I've always looked down on siege cascade for how shitty and clunky the skill is, so I decided to try it out this league and to my surprise I'm coping it. **So how does it work?** Siege Cascade does extra 100%base(146% fully corrupt) against Immobilised enemies, hence the use of the skill Freezing mark and Hailstorm rounds for 2nd swap to freeze the enemy. It also works wonder with the spirit skill Mirage Archer shooting more Siege Cascade making the damage even bigger PoE Ninja: [https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/AEgliid-0254/character/RottenVagigi](https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/AEgliid-0254/character/RottenVagigi)
3Hi, I am playing a rage werewolf build. Currently, its very typical so what ever you imagine is easy to access at level 65, I am probably using it. I wanted to put Zerphis on my Pounce move. My logic was its on a 4 second cooldown, how hard can it be to generate 50 glory for it? It's incredibly difficult apparently for what Im trying to do. So I've come to you guys for some ideas, help and suggestions. I really want to make Zerphis work on pounce and get enough glory that its the cooldown holding the move back, not the glory restriction. (heres a list of general things you probably need to know if you wanna try to help) 1. I do not want to build blood magic, this collides with other ideas I have. 2. I dont underestand what it means by gain Glory = 5%. Does that mean specifcially a single "Glory" every 5% health, meaning I need to sacrifice 250% of my health? Or do I need a total of 5% of my health sacrificed? 3. Im running "Berserk", "Herald of Ash", and "Overwhelming Presence" currently, subject to change. Im not exactly min maxing right now, but I do appreciate the thoughts or feedback anyways. Thanks

Whirling Assaults recoil is dog shit and typically players dodge roll out of it to not be vulnerable. Both Frozen Locus and Wave of Frost can be used at any point as a “dodge” out of whirl, so once you’re wrapping up the spin you can cancel out of the Whirling Assault animation and stack some damage/utility on top of it. Frozen Locus is good for AoE chill but has a difficult time freezing monsters in temple. It also can be socketed to impale cold damage as of physical, allowing you to stack some extra damage on your next attack. It has a huge attack damage multiplier and can really help clean up harder to kill enemies. The angle of Wave of Frost is narrow but it does freeze much more reliably, turning on Bhatair’s easily. With a t2 attack speed mod on weapon and rapid strikes 2 the animation is fairly fluid and fast. It takes some calibrating and getting used to, but once you’ve got it down, it will feel smooth as butter. Bonus points because it combos well into staggering palm off the rip, you look straight up like Jackie Chan using these three in tandem. Staggering Palm is insane. You may have seen my posts about Ancestral Cry as an ability, adding a \~500% attack damage slam to your steps (which activates many times while whirling). Getting ignite on an enemy amplifies Staggering Palm significantly. Staggering Palm will give you a buff that fires projectiles when you stun a target. At lvl 30 this is about \~400% attack damage. Socketing it with Fan the Flames II will add another \~300% attack damage hit that all of your projectiles will proc when they hit a burning enemy. As you can see, there are some niche interactions that turn a basic whirling assault into a damage shitfest that rivals comet. It is not unusual for me to run into a temple room and it be cleaned out in 5 seconds, especially if I’ve been doing good keeping my buffs up. Forgive me for coming to my Ted Talk.
