I was considering sorta building around this item for my new character, and figured it'd be dirt cheap thinking no one uses it...
But why is it ridiculously expensive?
I know it is good for Demon Form, but population wise there can't be that many (and Infernal Flame+recoup is potentially better)
Bloodmage wouldn't need it for obvious reasons. Neither would Oracle using Covenant.
So then why...?

It's easier to farm a temporalis
It's obscenely rare, only having a small chance of dropping from one of the bosses you fight when you cleanse a corrupted zone
Does overflow work with CI?
