I get "the show must go on," but ignoring a seizure is reckless. Safer protocols exist!

This was extremely disappointing to watch… The very very blatant disregard for how we take care and look after each keeps ramping up!!! Why is normal human decency deteriorating(???)

I honestly don’t think anyone involved should ever work in the industry again. They’re clearly too fucking dumb.

The lack of care on a stage to the public is how far down the spiral of a healthy society we are headed to.

Didin't vince mcmahon sell like this at one match? If i remember correctly he got hit with pedigree and started seizuring really awkwardly in the ring.

Wrestling is the one thing I'll never understand.

There's people who are really into it, but it just seems totally pointless. It's all so obviously scripted and choreographed.

I'm going to be honest with you guys, I do not think the wrestlers knew what was happening. On initial view, I thought the ref was "selling." Which is a wrestling term meaning to pretend to be injured.

This is complicated further by the fact is a ref. The ref's role when selling is to "sell like death" and is commonly referred to as a "ref bump." If they so much as get tapped by a wrestler, they're supposed to sell it like they've been hit by a fucking car and are just a skid mark on the pavement until it's time to miraculously wake up just after the bad guy cheated or the good guy hits his finishing move to win the match.

I do not for a second think, especially with what is going on, that the other wrestlers knew what was happening with him. Even in the back I'd imagine they were looking at the monitor trying to figure out what was going on.

Pro Wrestling is extremely high risk, and without a bit more insight I don't appreciate people acting like these wrestlers are scum.

Now once he starts convulsing, I think that is the point where MEDICS need to get involved! The wrestlers can't do SHIT at that point. They aren't trained medics, and medics should be on standby. From there, a new ref should be sent out and the wrestlers should continue wrestling while medics either apply aid on the spot or move him to the back to protect him and apply aid.

Key thing, at this point, there is nothing the wrestlers can do but try to keep the crowd from worrying and let medics do the jobs they are trained and on site to do.
