how long does it take for tiktok to move your video from the initial test phase to the next phase? is it instant? is it over the e course of an hour?

i’m asking bc i had pretty strong engagement for the first 200 views and it’s been in for about 15 minutes and now the engagement has abruptly stopped or went over to mutuals
