What happened?

So like several minutes ago i sent my female friend a video but i think it showed that it wasnt sent, then i looked and i user instead of her nickname. I cant text nor i can see her profile (tiktok shows i am following her and so is she following), i am very confused by this because i think she blocked me but others having the same case have it different. (On the image the second person is an individual that 100% blocked me and the first is the girl im talking about)
