Fiancee's account keeps posting AI videos she didn't upload. Can't stop it.

(Misspelling words intentionally bc this stupid subreddit flags this post whenever I type certain words and won't let me post otherwise.)

My fiancee's account keeps posting videos she didn't upload. They're these weird AI voiseover story videos with footage of someone crafting/fixing things.

Of course she tried changing her password, she activated two factor authentication, she's logged out and logged back in, she deeleted all other trusted devises. Also, her current devise is listed as an iPhone 11 when it's actually a 15. She tried contacting customer support but it's just an AI chatbot that keeps suggesting the same things she's already tried. She's also checked her other social medias to see if other accounts have been compromised. She's tried everything we could think of short of deleting the account altogether. We've both tried searching for others having the same issue, but haven't found any.

She doesn't upload videos herself normally otherwise. She mostly just sends videos to friends.

Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Any ideas how to get it to stop?

And also, like, what's the scam?? What could they possibly be getting out of this?
