My account is falsely age restricted

My account was age restricted which stripped me of all my dms that I had with my friends. I sent an appeal with a picture of my ID showing me above the age of 18 and it still managed to consider me under the age of 16 so I don't have access to anything. I had a post that popped off and I was really looking forward to being able to go live after I reached 1k followers. Any further attempts at trying to change my date of birth within the support center says that an appeal has been sent yet I never get anything in my inbox. Is my account just screwed or is there something I can do still to fix it
