Is there a way to stop my friends from reading my comments?

I have a habit of commenting on posts on tiktok(terrible life decision), And I like discussions. But I dont rly want people i know to see these comments, as I can sometimes get into some pretty personal or embarrassing stuff. Idk if this is possible just curious
