Mystery purchase with no cancel option

There is an order on my account that I did not place. It is in the “ordered” status with the order time having been 3 minutes before I saw it was ordered (I was checking tracking on a different order that shipped days ago when I saw it). There is zero cancel option anywhere even though it seems the order was just placed. What can I do? It isn’t even going to my address or my name. To boot the item says no refunds so I am unsure what can be done once it gets shipped to whoever this person is.
