Having trouble changing phone number on my account via by customer support

Hello! Xiaohongshu!

Lately i have been having trouble trying to get the customer support team to find my username which is my account to change my old blocked number to my new phone number, it happend because my old phone is broken and my old SMS card no longer works and is blocked so its too late for it to be paid, and i have a new device even tho i restored "most" of everything, i have trouble trying to log in even tho its no use..

How do i find the customer support that helps foreigners on xiaohongshu? Especially when phone numbers need to change when a SMS/SIM Card is blocked, lost or broken! How! I need help! I already know my account is there but my old phone is blocked! Please i need to find a way to make them change my phone number, its a desperate situation i need to get back to my xiaohongshu/rednote account again!

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
