Unable to livestream game from Iphone 12

I'm trying to livestream a game from my Iphone. I press Live, select mobile gaming, then press Go Live.

From what I've seen online, I'm supposed to get the "Screen Broadcast" window, from which I select the game I want to broadcast. But I only get this window, which says "TikTok". It only screen records tiktok.

My account is elligible to do livestreams. What could be the cause of this?
