How do I stop the freaking ai bot from messaging me unprompted.

I’m so tired of getting DMs from this stupid bot. I’m extremely anti ai. I don’t want it. A week or 2 ago I asked it how to disable messages and it told me to go to its settings. I went there and there’s no option that it told me to find. I’m so done with this “feature”
