Uploads Invisible

I've only uploaded a few times now but everything I try never shows up in my profile after. The first group of posts were unedited clips and those worked fine. Tried to upload a capcut edit and now nothing I upload shows up. it's been over 24 hours now and nothing new showed up and I still can't post. I tried restarting and clearing the cache but that didn't work.
