Im a cosplayer and im posting since november. Before new year my few tiktoks got 100k-500k views, some others got 10k-30k and now im getting like 1200 views in a week😭 What the hell happened?

TikTok is dead. Find somewhere else. Stop giving the corrupt American government your creations. The new TT is a crapfest of censorship and ineptitude. They don't want a social network. They want CONTROL.
Hello, I have more or less the same stats as you. Since the end of February (slightly before the outage in March), my content is basically only visible if someone goes to my profile and manually opens the videos. they’re not even reaching my followers. It feels like a shadowban, but, as you said in another comment, it’s not. I think something is still pretty off with the platform. Unfortunately I don't have a solution or a piece of advice, just wanted to let you know that I'm experiencing the same
You're not the only one who has TikTok broken. Every since Tiktok became its own server in the USA, it's been shitty.
Mine were rough for a week or so. But have started to pick back up over the past week. I know the general sentiment on this sub is to be negative af and blame it on the sale. But this is not really anything new for TikTok algorithm changes. Took me a week or so to figure out what the algorithm is looking for and I'm back to getting 10s to 100s of thousands of views and bringing in hundreds of dollars. Just try out different things, find what works, and make more content like the videos that work. You'll be way ahead of the people here who are being negative and just gave up.

same thing has happened to me. just last week my views dropped. i avarage between 1-6k views and a week ago my views would hardly reach 100 views. now its a little better with my vids reaching 250 views but it just stops there. couldn’t have been a shadow ban bc i dont post anything that violates the rules. ive also seen another Redditor with the exact same problem yesterday

You're not alone and it's not your fault.

me too! i used to average 70k-700k & was at 2-3m one video. i kept posting and my views slowly went down but i kept posting bc its fun & i love it anyways. my views went from 5-10k then to 0 and maybe up to 3 views 1-2 days later. i stopped posting for a month because i was lowk going through it & thn posted again n it got like 200. kept posting like every 3-4 days averaging 100-200 views then my account then got “restricted”

(the one w the filter was on friends only) and soo i took that screenshot n posted it. it got like 400 views which was the most id gotten in a whileee. i decided to post like the next day 2x & my views are kind of getting better.
