TikTok shop return declined

I bought a LV bag off of a well known TikTok live reseller and my bag came with undisclosed paint marks and a crack they never shown me on the live!

They denied my return request stating I've had the bag for a month (l've had it for 6 days) and that they shown me the callouts (they didn't at all!! They told me it was in excellent condition). TikTok is now reviewing my appeal.

Has this happened to anyone else? What was the outcome?
