Reach restricted?

I recently created a new profile using a VPN since the app isn't available in my region. I uploaded my first piece of content, but it is currently sitting at exactly zero views. I know it takes time to get seen, but absolute zero feels unusual. Is this a common technical issue for new profiles using VPNs, or could my reach be restricted?
