Where has the closed caption translation gone?

Many months ago there was a function to translate closed captions. Worked with automatic CCs too so I could understand a lot of creators who didn't speak a language I can understand.

This function is gone and I wonder why. There are still videos explaining how to enable the translation function but this doesn't work for me.

Does anybody know?
