I keep seeing videos of people getting steak at this one restaurant in a gold suitcase (screenshot above), and all the comments are saying stuff like “holy larp”. Does anyone know what “larp” means in this context?

Recently, it’s been getting used to essentially call someone ‘fake’ or a ‘fake fan’ because they’re ‘role playing’ as a fan instead of being a fan.
Live action roleplay, so think like, civil war reenacters. You're getting into character and playing pretend but like... openly in public.
