Lost tiktok account and gmail- only icloud

hello , I have an account on tiktok that I’ve lost my access to, my phone got broken and I’ve only been able to access the iCloud of that phone a few weeks ago, I don’t remember my Gmail but I do have the iCloud that was used on the phone that carried that account. I used that account at 12, i was dumb and i regret having it, I also no longer remember the password of the account, i also dont remember the gmail username :/ but if i could access my old account i could try to get it back. If anyone knows how I could try to access the account to get my email back or if there’s anything I can do with the iCloud I would truly, truly be so incredibly thankful.
