Quality issues

I only post videos in 720/1080, and a few days ago I started getting every video flagged for low quality, and the views are getting killed. Posted a video with just a still picture, and that seemed to perform like other videos from before. Is this happening to anyone else, and are does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!
