Content doing good on one platform, horrendous on another?

I've been posting on a tiktok account for about 6.5 months now. My first video got 190k views and 28k likes. Most of my videos until very recently were getting 1k views at minimum, recently however I've been getting awful viewership despite good engagement.

I will get 60 views with 8 likes and a comment but the video will die at 60 views. Have had it happen at 30, 50, and other very low numbers. I don't think the content is at all low quality. However for some reason I am often getting horrible retention rates, with people swiping away at literally 0 seconds.

Those same videos will do legitimately 100x better on YouTube shorts for example. I posted a video on TikTok last night, very short ~5 seconds. It got almost 3k views on YouTube with 8 or so comments but only 200 on TikTok. And it seems like every video I posted on YouTube just gets more views than the last.

Has my account been nuked or does my content just pander more to the YouTube shorts algorithm?

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
