Anyone know how to reach a real person at TikTok support?

My account was recently age-restricted, yet when I try to appeal, it tells me I already have and that I'm over "16", but I never made an appeal in the first place. They keep sending me to the same appeal page that just keeps saying I already submitted an appeal. I'm locked out of my money on my account (it won't let me deposit into my PayPal), and it's really annoying. Every time I open a support thing, it's all just automated responses. On one of my closed ones, the AI is literally still responding to nothing. And I finally think I got a human, but I couldn't respond to their message because the chat was closed.
