replies to my comment/reply not showing up on specific account

whenever i comment something or reply to someone else’s comment, i can’t see the persons reply.

I don’t get a notification and when i try to view their comment with the “view _ reply” thing, it just disappears 😭 i’m trying to find trades in this game i play so this is rlly annoying having to send my comment to my alt and view/reply from there!!💔

^my alt can load all the replies so I believe the issue is with my main, but i have no clue what i may have done wrong.
