At first I was like what the fuck that seems like a lot. But if there is an infestation as soon as you move in, you make multiple requests for it to be taken care, and you are literally forced to find a new place to live because the landlord isn't taking care of it then fuck them dude. There needs to be significant repercussions for the negligence or they will just keep doing it
