Why doesn’t SydTowle ever seem like she is getting sicker?

I really would like a civil conversation about this. She has had stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma for 3 years. She has a chemo pump in her stomach. She recently said her cancer is growing in her liver, lymph nodes, she has ascites, and an enlarged spleen. Even after a clinical trial that didn’t work and more chemo. Then few days after this she runs 5 miles and then announces she was accepted for the NYC marathon and also going to Coachella. She was recently on 2 other trips overseas and I think going to Ireland with her mother. Also does she have the money for all of these trips or are they paid for by GoFundMe or by people running her influencer pages.

Can you explain this in a logical way without getting angry.
