He shot a dead alligator from what I’ve seen. I guess Florida has a bunch of protections for alligators. Edit I guess that’s something separate. I think he convinced two girls to get in a street fight. He’s now being investigated by Florida game commission

An unnamed 19-year-old woman told deputies she had allegedly been battered by Violet Marie Lentz, 24. However, detectives determined that Clavicular “instigated the fight” and “posted it on social media to exploit the two women,” per the press release.
