Tiktok "phone" ban

ok, I've got a ban on my phone saying "ur acc is ban" but I didn't do anything but ok, I could just create another account, BUT THEN IT KEEPS SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED EVEN AFTER REINSTALL, ETC, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 8 MONTHS RN (pls hel p)
