Cannot Clear Display

Anyone else getting a notification that they can’t clear the display for videos on their feed because tiktok is detecting screen recording? I’m not screen recording and have no apps running in the background. I also don’t allow any apps to track my usage across other apps so not sure why I’m being flagged as “screen recording”. Is this a known bug for anyone else?
