Does anyone know how to stop this ‘message may be in violatio’

I was just texting my friend on TikTok and randomly I couldn’t send anything else? I tried to some other friends and that didn’t work either. I appealed it at first and they got rid of it but still I couldn’t send any messages?

I commented on smthg a while ago and that video is gone so maybe it has to do with that?
