is it safe to buy from tiktok shop?

I was thinking about buying this cool charger from that one company "Magic John" but im nervous about using my debit card to buy it. I also dont have PayPal or anything. Has anyone had positive experiences with buying from them or tiktok shop in general?

they are also verified sellers and have almost one million products sold and with pretty positive reviews. Does that make it better?
