Does anyone else have hundreds of saved Reels they never actually use?

Genuinely curious if this is just me or a real problem.

I've been talking to a bunch of smm and creators lately and nearly everyone has the same thing: hundreds of posts saved across Instagram collections, DMs to themselves, screenshots buried in their camera roll — all saved as "inspiration" — and then never touched again.

The content either disappears (creator deletes it, goes private), or it just drowns in the pile and you forget why you saved it in the first place.

A few questions for anyone who actually studies content before creating:

- How do you currently track posts you save for inspiration? Anything beyond IG collections or a Notes app?

- Has a post you saved ever blown up and you missed your window to act on it?

- Would you want to know when a post you're watching starts growing fast — like an alert that says "this format is catching, post now"?

Asking because I'm exploring building something here and want to understand how real this is before writing a single line of code.

By topic and business name or type (since I do SMM for 17+ client).. but idk if i'd care to have an extra app for that tho, it could be me. No I guess for me when I am researching I am saving posts that did well so no need for me to know when it's starts growing cause I am getting to it after.

Yeah this is basically universal. Every creator I talk to has the same problem, hundreds of saved posts that just collect dust.

The thing that actually helped me was being more intentional about why I'm saving something before I hit save. Not just 'this is cool' but 'I'm using this hook' or 'this format fits my niche this week.' A quick voice note or even just a tag changes everything because future-you actually knows what to do with it instead of rediscovering it six months later with zero context.

Notion works well if you're disciplined about it. Format type, niche it fits, why you saved it. Takes 30 extra seconds but that 30 seconds is the difference between an actual swipe file and a black hole folder.

The 'missed the window' thing is real though. Trend formats have maybe a 1-2 week shelf life before they feel stale. The only real fix is shortening the gap between saving something and actually making it. Even a 'coming soon' draft helps.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
