Tiktok shop isn't letting me see reviews on any items at all before buying?

Anyone else cant see reviews on any item on Tiktok Shop? It just says I can see reviews once its delivered but I just want to see reviews before I buy like I used to be able to. I already cleared cache and cookies like Tiktok support told me to do and I un-insta11ed it and put back like they said to do too and shut off my phone. I did see a video of someone having the same issue however and there is no fix yet apparently. I found a workaround by using Tiktok Shop on my computer but it only works for items in your cart and there is no favorites section so you wont be able to find all your item likes.
