Can't see all comments on my videos?

I am new to uploading on TikTok and I have an issue. For e.g, I can open one of my videos and see "4" under the comments, to say there is 4 comments, but then it instantly changes to "3", and when I open it, there is indeed only 3 comments I can see.

But, if I go onto another TikTok account, go to that video, I can see "4" still and see all 4 comments, so the account that uploaded the video is missing one comment. This is happening across all of my videos, anybody experienced this?

Also, it's not a filtered comment from what I can see.
